The whole process was simple with no stress at all and they kept us in the loop the entire time. Their work is completed to the highest standard and the house was always kept in a clean state! The team at Profix Projects were fantastic from the start. From day one they were very considerate, keeping our place clean during the works whilst fitting our new bathroom. Communication was amazing and they were very patient and polite with our requests. The bathroom looks great-tiling, fittings etc all done brilliantly. Called for some advise and received a quick temporary fix to give us heating and hot water overnight and then they called next day to fix the problem. Excellent service.
